The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering a bath for added comfort. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

The location of this hotel was great as it offered easy access to the nearby ski slopes and plenty of winter activities. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the staff were generally friendly and helpful when we needed assistance, especially with our luggage. Best aspects: the hotel had a cozy atmosphere suited for the winter season, and there was a nice fireplace to sit around. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and there was always enough to go around. the hotel provided free shuttle buses to the ski areas, which was very convenient.

The hotel lacked some amenities that we would have appreciated. There was no gym or fitness center to get our daily workout, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unreliable.

Experience ruined by an uncooperative receptionist who refused to honor the reservation, failed to provide us with the room we had reserved and paid for, and insisted that we take a much less favorable room instead. She refused to issue a refund, and her behavior was quite unprofessional and rude.
